There is no doubt that, any "Nile development project" through concerted deliberation, can always be honored by any Ethiopian. However, it is irresponsible and treacherous to catapult Nile to a source of unnecessary regional conflict, with the ulterior purpose of compensating it for any past political misgivings and present political demands for change. –An immature political discourse which cannot be undone without a fundamental change.
